Return & Refund Policy
All Inkspire Collective products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is uniquely produced at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or a change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Contact us at support@inkspire-collective.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you. There is no need to return the damaged item.
If the issue affects multiple products using the same design, please also include a photo or video showing all affected items together in one frame.
Print Placement Tolerance
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, a tolerance of ±0.5 inches for print placement is standard. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects and are not eligible for reprints or refunds.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., incorrect address provided, package unclaimed), you may choose between:
- A reprint shipped to a corrected address (additional shipping charge applies), or
- A partial refund
What Is Not Covered
We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for:
- Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery
